Project update

With the announcement of a General Election on 4 July, we have rescheduled our consultation events that were planned during the pre-election period. Please find these details for new events and webinars below.

We are also extending our Stage 1 public consultation for Chesterfield to Willington until 11:59pm on Tuesday 17 September 2024 to give people additional time to have their say and provide feedback after the General Election. Feedback previously submitted during this consultation remains valid. If anyone wishes to submit any further feedback or comments, you are welcome to do so.

You can attend one of our public information events or webinars, book an ‘ask the expert’ session, or pick up materials from a local information point.

Public information events

A series of drop-in public information events throughout the consultation will provide opportunities to view the proposals and speak to members of our team. The events will include display boards, a fly-through video of the route, technical documentation and large-scale maps to view along with the Project Background Document, maps, and a feedback form to take away.
