National Grid Metering win bronze award at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021

National Grid Metering (NGM) are celebrating after successfully winning the bronze award in the category ‘Great place to work’ at this year’s European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021 (ECCCSA).  

 

The virtual awards evening took place on Tuesday 16 March with over 2000 people attending including NGM and their special guests from the University Hospital Birmingham and Age UK Solihull.  

The awards are the longest running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry with 26 countries competing across 36 categories. Known for their robust judging process which National Grid Metering took part in 2020. The team presented to a panel of judges to demonstrate how they deliver service to customers and support a culture that enables people to grow and develop.
