Download the executive summaryFollowing the publication of the Draft Deteminations, Ofgem hosted a series of nine Open Meetings to discuss company (Gas Distribution, Transmission and Energy System Operator) responses to the Draft Determinations consultation, strategically discuss key areas of contention and raise areas for clarification ahead of Ofgem’s Final Determinations. The NGET Open Meeting was held on 16 October 2020.

We're pleased to publish the final business plan for the period 2021-2026, which has been submitted to Ofgem on Monday 9 December 2019.
We want to be as transparent as possible, so in addition to publishing the business plan, we'll also be publishing supporting evidence that underpins the plan to help you. You can watch our presentation about our final business plan here.
The Independent Stakeholder Group has challenged and scrutinised our plan over the past 18 months. Their report and challenge log were submitted to Ofgem.
All of this will also support you participating fully in the next phase of the price control process including responding to Ofgem’s call for evidence ahead of an open hearing on our proposals, which will take place in the Spring. More details can be found on Ofgem’s website.
