Skills and competencies: Martha has held a number of senior positions in the energy industry and has significant experience of the US market. She has served as General Counsel of energy and utility companies and was CEO of the divisions of major energy companies, including a major international gas transmission business, as well as leading the growth and development of the renewables business of Vestas in the US. As an accomplished Director for publicly listed companies in both the UK and the US, Martha brings to the Board relevant experience across the renewable energy sector, as well as a strong understanding of the US regulatory environment, having previously held leadership roles in large US-regulated utility businesses.
