Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’)
The 2025 AGM will be held as a combined physical and electronic meeting (hybrid meeting) on Wednesday 9 July 2025 at 11.00am at The Ramphal Building, Warwick Conferences, The University of Warwick, Library Road, Coventry, CV4 7AL and online via an electronic meeting platform.
The Lumi electronic meeting platform enables shareholders to attend remotely, watch and hear the proceedings, ask questions and vote, all in real time. To access the Lumi electronic platform, please use the link below, access will be available from 10.00am on the day of the AGM.
A link to view the live webcast will also be available on this page nearer the time of the AGM.
You will be able to pre-register questions from 11.00am on Monday 23 June 2025 until 11.00am on Monday 7 July 2025. You will need your Shareholder Reference Number (‘SRN’) and PIN (the first two and last two digits of your SRN) to access.

General Meeting
The General Meeting took place at 12pm on 22 April 2021 at the Company’s Office, 1-3 Strand, London, WC2N 5EH.
A shareholder webcast, pre-recorded ahead of the General Meeting, with an update from the Chairman Sir Peter Gershon and CEO John Pettigrew, along with answers to shareholder questions submitted prior to the deadline of 12pm 20 April 2021 was broadcast for shareholders to watch.
