Virtual Techb@r

The Virtual TechBar service enables anyone having IT related issues to schedule an appointment to speak with a technician directly. The service is equipped with the technical staff to help you with any IT issues you may have and to offer guidance and support on IT systems and processes.

Virtual Techb@r Appointments are held via MS Teams or via phone, with 30 minute appointment slots bookable in advance at a time convenient for you. You may also book an appointment right from your mobile device on the Now Mobile app.

Please note: All software installations will require a service request to be raised via the MySupport Portal and can only be installed once approved.

You can also check the progress of existing tickets via the IT Portal, on the Now Mobile app on your mobile device, or you can chat with the IT Service Desk.
