Introduction
The Bulletin Board Notices will be received by Grain LNG and posted to the Bulletin Board on the next business day. The Bulletin Board process allows for the expression of interest to done publicly or anonymously via the appropriate Bulletin Board Notice. Under an anonymous notice to buy capacity at the facility, Grain would make an approach to parties already holding capacity without revealing who the counterparty is. This approach by Grain, on behalf of a counterparty, would only be an initial approach it will be for the parties to discuss any specific trading details.
Expression Of Interest - Sell
The following Use it or lose it (UIOLI) capacity is available:
- A berthing slot on the 10th Feb 2012 with upto 155,000 m3 (liquid) of temporary storage space with associated re-gassification capacity between 10th Feb 2012 and the 19th Feb 2012 inclusive.
- A berthing slot on the 12th Feb 2012 with upto 155,000 m3 (liquid) of temporary storage space with associated re-gassification capacity between 12th Feb 2012 and the 21st Feb 2012 inclusive.
- A berthing slot on the 15th Feb 2012 with upto 155,000 m3 (liquid) of temporary storage space with associated re-gassification capacity between 15th Feb 2012 and the 24th Feb 2012 inclusive.
