Introduction

The Bulletin Board Notices will be received by Grain LNG and posted to the Bulletin Board on the next business day.  The Bulletin Board process allows for the expression of interest to done publicly or anonymously via the appropriate Bulletin Board Notice.  Under an anonymous notice to buy capacity at the facility, Grain would make an approach to parties already holding capacity without revealing who the counterparty is.  This has been done is direct response to an issue raised at the industry meeting on 12th December.  This approach by Grain, on behalf of a counterparty, would only be an initial approach it will be for the parties to discuss any specific trading details.
