National Grid NTS are invoking code contingency processes for the auction above due to the continuing Gemini system issues.

National Grid NTS will accept bids for a WDDSEC Entry Capacity auction to be conducted on Gas Flow Day 26/10/2007.  Could all Users wishing to participate in this auction submit the relevant contingency proforma (CO38) to one of the fax numbers detailed below, between 10:00 and 12:00.  Faxes need to be time-stamped in this window, otherwise the bids will be rejected.

Please Note that the pro-forma has a different fax number and number of bids (see below) and that the fax number on the pro-forma should not be used.  All bids submitted must Evergreen.

To facilitate this auction National Grid NTS will only accept up to 3 ‘evergreen’ bids per user per ASEP and will enter the bids on User’s behalf.  This will be a sealed pay as bid auction (i.e. no price information provided during the auction) and National Grid NTS will not be able to publish post auction information at this stage.

Based on the information supplied on the contingency pro-forma National Grid NTS will contact the User to inform them of their allocations post 13:00.

Due to the difficulty of contacting users post DISEC on the 24/10/07 (incorrect contact details etc) National Grid will only make one attempt to contact users regarding their allocations, either via Phone or E-mail.
Those users who wish to receive allocations via e-mail will need to send an e-mail from their relevant account stating their shipper short code to capacityauctions@uk.ngrid.com prior to 13:00, we will use this for all future auctions. Telephone contact details should be put on the form.
