Further to previous updates regarding the current Code Contingency operational arrangements, please be advised of the following:

We are currently undertaking to enter Users’ gas trade nominations in relation to Gas Day 24th October 2007. In light of the scale of the workload, delays in matching nominations between counterparties and the consequential nominated imbalance, is unavoidable at this time. As such we would ask that all NBP trade re-nominations are made in a timely manner in the means agreed with your call handling agent. Where both counterparts to a traded position can clearly demonstrate agreement of their final position in relation to gas days 22nd, 23rd, or 24th October we will endeavour to ensure this is ultimately reflected in their imbalance positions. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
