National Grid hereby notifies users of its intention to commence filling the new 107 km Three Cocks to Felindre (feeder 28) pipeline with gas.

Work is scheduled to start 14th December and will be carried out over a 4-5 day period to minimise any effect on the wholesale markets. As a consequence of the requirement for ~ 8.5 MCM of gas supplies to be delivered and retained within the expanded System, Users may see a steady increase to the daily opening linepack levels.

This is the third and final phase of a construction programme to link two LNG importation terminals at Milford Haven with the existing NTS Pipeline system.
