GEMINI API Update: Connectivity issues 20 August 2008

Xoserve have now confirmed that the Gemini API service is now available. Shippers who have logged helpdesk calls for password resets will be contacted by xoserve at start of business day Thursday 21 August 2008 to resolve any outstanding password issues. Shippers who are still experiencing problems with API passwords and who have not already logged a request for a password reset should contact the shipper helpdesk to do so.
