In response to the following notice which was issued last Friday, we can confirm that NGG last night raised Urgent Modification Proposal 0181 which closes out for representations on 9th November 2007. The full Mod proposal and supporting information is available at:

Notice Issued 2nd November 2007: Further to previous communications, this note is intended to update Users regarding scheduling charges. At present we are not intending to reconcile entry or exit gas flow nominations for Gas Days Monday, 22nd to Friday, 26th October 2007. NGG are currently assessing options in relation to the application of UNC Scheduling Charges during this period and will communicate our intentions in due course.
