The Gemini system was restored to Shippers on Friday 26th October at 21:30 without the API service and without access to the “OCM / OTC trade details” screen. This information can be obtained from the “Business Associate Balance” screen in the nominations menu.

The system has been available for use throughout the weekend and contingency arrangements have been stepped down. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

xoserve has been working on a resolution to the API situation and will update the industry once we have a timeline to bring this functionality back.

All Capacity auctions including today’s RMSEC auction are operating normally.
