GEMINI API connectivity issues 19 August 2008

We understand that a limited number of shippers have GEMINI API connectivity problems. Those affected should utilise the on line direct access into GEMINI. All users should therefore be able to nominate entry and exit and gas trade positions. To help we have suspended temporarily the automatic rejection of non-matching gas trades. Any shippers who are not able to complete the above should contact the gas control room. We request that all shippers who are experiencing Gemini problems, and who have not reported them to the shipper help desk, do so immediately.
