Due to the continuing Gemini system issues National Grid NTS will be unable to hold entry capacity auctions, in accordance with section B of the UNC for Gas Flow Day 23/10/2007. As such National Grid NTS will be utilising a 0 (zero) rate for any Entry Capacity overruns incurred for the gas flow day 23/07/2007. Where the system capability is unable to accommodate shippers flows, National Grid NTS would continue to consider the TFA process.
