Non-Domestic Or Non-Standard New Service and Non-Domestic/Standard Service Alteration application pack

Important for Bands 2 and 3: Once you have processed and accepted your quotation charge online, you will need to complete the non-standard application form as well as the booster/compressor details. You will then need to send the forms to us, along with your scaled site plans, before the design work on your quotation can commence. Please include the reference number (which is given to you when you complete and submit your order) on any documents or payments that you send to us.
