ELEXON is the Balancing and Settlement Code Company (BSCCo) which is defined and created by the Balancing and Settlements Code (BSC). ELEXON procures, manages, operates and services the systems which enable the balancing and settlement of the wholesale electricity market and retail competition in electricity supply. ELEXON supports the BSC Panel which oversees the operation of the Trading Arrangements and modifications to the trading rules.
