2011 National Electricity Transmission System (NETS) Seven Year Statement

National Grid Electricity Transmission plc (National Grid), acting in its role as National Electricity Transmission System Operator (NETSO), is pleased to present this 2011 National Electricity Transmission System Seven Year Statement (NETS SYS 2011), which covers the years 2010/11 to 2017/18 inclusive. 

An individual PDF file is available for each chapter. A spreadsheet is also available for each chapter with the tables and charts for that chapter together with the data behind the charts. There is also a PDF file with all the chapters.

A PDF file is available for each appendix that provides diagrams (A & C). A spreadsheet is available for each appendix that provides tables (B, D, E & F).

Transmission Customer Commitment

Winter Outlook Report

National Grid provides information to participants in the gas and electricity markets by publishing an outlook for the winter ahead.  We are conducting a consultation exercise to help inform the industry and to provide us with feedback to support the production of the winter outlook report.

Summer Outlook Report

National Grid has agreed to provide a detailed report into a range of issues that the electricity and gas industries may face during the summer months, May to September.
