Can I go along to a meeting of the CUSC Modifications Panel?

Meetings of the CUSC Modifications Panel are open to attendance by a representative of any CUSC Party, any BSC Party, "National Consumer Council", or any person invited by the Panel Chairman or Panel Member. However, there are limits on the facilities available at Panel meetings and therefore notice should be given to the Panel Secretary if you wish to attend. Generally, observers at Panel meetings may not speak, but the Panel Chairman or Panel Member may invite any person invited by them and/or any CUSC Party to speak at the meeting.
