Paul has been a CUSC Panel Member since 2003 and has worked in the Electricity Industry for 20 years, formerly at the Office of Electricity Regulation and for the last 15 years at E.ON.  During this time he has undertaken a wide variety of roles covering all aspects of electricity trading, transmission, charging, regulation, metering and settlement.

As well as his Panel duties, Paul currently deals with trading arrangements issues for E.ON, a large proportion of which relate to electricity transmission.  He is the current chairman of the Association of Electricity Producers’ Electricity Networks Committee, attends National Grid’s Transmission Charging Methodology Forum and is a member of the Charging Issues Standing Group.
