I am a Chartered Electrical Engineer and have worked for First Hydro Company for over 19 years. I am currently responsible for Transmission related issues and Balancing Services contracting.

Prior to joining First Hydro Company I worked as a Power System engineer for Kennedy and Donkin and was involved in the design of power systems.

I am a qualified Company Secretary. The training for this profession includes the legal and governance aspects of organisations as well as business finance. This bridges the gap between the technical, financial and governance issues that form a part of the CUSC arrangements.

I have served as a CUSC panel member since May 2006. I have raised several CUSC amendment proposals and have been an active participant in a number of working groups and standing groups attending the majority of the recent Transmission Access working groups.
