System Operator - Transmission Owner Code (STC)

The System Operator-Transmission Owner Code (STC) defines the high-level relationship between the National Electricity Transmission System Operator (NETSO) and Transmission Owners. It is supported by a number of procedures (STC Procedures or STCPs) that set out in greater detail the roles, responsibilities, obligations and rights etc of the NETSO and the TOs.

Information relating to all aspects of the STC will be accessible on this site as information developed, including STC Procedures (STCPs) and documents relating to proposed amendments to the STC. Information regarding the STC and STCP amendment process is contained within section B of the STC (Governance).
