Severe weather affecting National Grid works

We would like to thank you for your patience during the recent severe weather.

We received many more emergency calls than normal and had to concentrate on emergency work and gas supply losses.

The weather has now improved and we are working hard to catch up on the backlog of outstanding non-emergency calls.
